Warranty Info

Should you need, your Delta watch is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Damage to the watch from normal or extreme use is not covered:

*Items not covered by the warranty are the crystal, band, stem, and crown, or any damage from normal, extreme, or inappropriate use.

Please do not return any item without first contacting Delta to arrange for return authorization.

*Note: Return shipping costs for repairs are at the expense of the owner and not Delta Watch.

Shipping Info

Shipping in the Continental USA is a flat-rate cost of $10.

International shipping is a flat rate of $35.

*Note: there might be cases where shipping prices would be higher due to changing shipping rates. If this were to occur, we would reach out to you for any additional funds.

*Also: Shipping Taxes, VAT, or any additional Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and not Delta Watch.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not happy for any reason, you may request a refund. To do so, please do not alter/change the watches’ condition by unwrapping, sizing, or wearing it. Returns for a refund or replacement must be in as-delivered condition, with all original packaging and protective covers in place, regardless of the reason for the return.

Any items not returned in the as-delivered condition are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more, depending on the state of the watch.

Requests for replacement of returned items, rather than returns for refund, are at the discretion of Delta Watch.

*Note: Please do not return any item without first contacting us to arrange for a return authorization.

*Note: Due to new Pay Pal Rules (Oct 11, 2019). Pay Pal will no longer return transaction fees upon any Refunds; thus, your refund amount will be less or minus than what you paid (-2.94% in the USA, and -4.44% for international purchases).
